Starlight Investments, LLC, founded in 1999 and member FINRA/SIPC, is an agent-only investment bank that specializes in merger & acquisition and PIPEs (private investments in public equities) for mid-stage, profitable private and public companies in the US and abroad. Whereas most of the firm's investment banking clients have annual EBITDAs of at least $3.5 million, the company provides a range of corporate financial services to companies of all sizes.  Recent successful fundings have been completed in several industries including Energy/alternative fuels, Real estate, Healthcare/life sciences, Financial services, Manufacturing and Retail.

Starlight has highly experienced, licensed professionals located in Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Portland and San Francisco. We are growing and welcome applications by FINRA-registered representatives and principals across the country with successful track records in M&A and PIPEs.
